Eligibility for ONE Pass :
You may apply for ONE Pass if you meet at least one of the criteria below:
Earned a fixed monthly salary of at least S$30,000, or its equivalent in foreign currency, for the last 12 consecutive months. If you are an overseas candidate, you must also show that you have been working for an established company overseas for at least 1 year.
Will earn a fixed monthly salary of at least S$30,000 under an established company that is based in Singapore.
You may also qualify through outstanding achievements :
You may apply without meeting the salary criteria if you have outstanding achievements in at least one of the areas below:
Sports
Arts and culture
Academia and research
MOM and other agencies such as MCCY, MOE, NRF and A*STAR will holistically review applications based on the work and key achievements accomplished by each applicant.
Benefits of having a ONE Pass :
Operating a company in Singapore:
ONE Pass holders can establish a company in Singapore, subject to certain conditions
Flexibility in employment:
The Overseas Networks & Expertise Pass offers flexibility in employment, enabling eligible individuals to work for multiple companies in Singapore simultaneously.
Family pass privileges:
ONE Pass holders can sponsor certain family members to join them in Singapore.
Exemption from COMPASS:
ONE Pass holders are not required to undergo the Complementarity Assessment Framework (COMPASS), a point-based eligibility assessment system for employers selecting foreign professionals.
Spousal employment rights:
The spouse of a ONE Pass holder can work in Singapore with a Letter of Consent.
