MOM assesses every ONE Pass application on a case-by-case basis, taking into account each candidate’s unique professional background, salary, and personal circumstances. You may submit your ONE Pass application under one of the following three pathways and must satisfy all criteria within your chosen category:

Current of last held employment
- Earned a fixed monthly salary of at least S$30,000, or its equivalent in foreign currency, for the 12 consecutive months leading up to the date of application.
- Worked for an established company overseas (if applicable) for 12 consecutive months leading up to the date of application.
Prospective employment in Singapore
- Will earn a fixed monthly salary of at least S$30,000 under an established company that is based in Singapore.
Outstanding Achievements
- If you drew salaries from more than one employer in the 12 consecutive months leading up to the date of application, your qualifying fixed monthly salary of at least S$30,000 should come from one employer only.

What are the documents required for a ONE Pass visa application?

A complete ONE Pass application typically requires a valid passport, recent passport-sized photographs, a detailed employment history, proof of fixed monthly salary, company registration documents (if applicable), and evidence of outstanding professional achievements.

Can my spouse work in Singapore under the ONE Pass?

Yes. As a ONE Pass holder, your spouse is eligible to work in Singapore via a Letter of Consent (LOC), meaning they do not need to apply for an employment pass status independently. The LOC is directly linked to your ONE Pass and grants your spouse the freedom to work for any Singapore-based employer without restriction or additional applications.

What happens if my ONE Pass is rejected?

If your ONE Pass application is unsuccessful, you may lodge an appeal within three months of the rejection, provided you are able to directly address the reasons cited.
