Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP)

Foreigners seeking long-term stay for the purpose of family visits, exploring employment, or accompanying a child studying in Singapore may apply for a Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP)

Eligibility

  1. Visitor whose spouse is a Singapore Citizen or SPR.
  2. Visitor (below 21 years of age) whose parent is a Singapore Citizen or SPR.
  3. Visitor whose child (above 21 years of age) is a Singapore Citizen of SPR.
  4. Visitors who are students of Institutes of Higher Learning seeking employment in Singapore.
  5. Female visitor whose child/grandchild is studying in Singapore on a Student pass.
  6. Visitor seeking permission to deliver a child in Singapore.

Student Pass

A foreigner is required to apply for a Student Pass if he/she has been accepted by an educational institution to pursue full-time studies in Singapore unless he/she holds:

  1. Dependent Pass holder studying in a Government or MOM approved school.
  2. Immigration Exemption Order.
  3. Short Term Visit Pass and is attending an approved short course that can be completed within the allocated time period and does not involve hands-on practical occupational training and/or industrial attachment which have interaction with walk-in customers or be conducted at premises that are also places of business.

Short-Term Visit Pass/Entry Visa (STVP)

[/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner gap=”35″][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]Assessment Level I Countries/Regions:

Foreigners holding ordinary passports issued by the following countries (processing time of 1-3 working days) will require a visa to enter Singapore:

  1. Georgia.
  2. India.
  3. Myanmar.
  4. Nigeria.
  5. People’s Republic of China (PRC).
  6. Turkmenistan.
  7. Ukraine.
  8. Armenia.
  9. Azerbaijan.
  10. Belarus.
  11. Kazakhstan.
  12. Kyrgyzstan.
  13. Moldova.
  14. Russia.
  15. Tajikistan.
  16. Uzbekistan.
  17. Holders of Hong Kong Document of Identity.
  18. Holders of Macao Special Administrative Region (MSAR) Travel Permit.

Exemptions For Level I:

  1. Holders of Diplomatic, Official, and Service passports from India, Myanmar, and Nigeria are exempted from Visa requirements..
  2. Holders of Diplomatic, Official, and Service passports from Georgia, People’s Republic of China, and the Commonwealth of Independent States are exempted from Visa requirements for a stay of up to 30 days.
  3. Holders of Diplomatic, Official, and Service passports from Ukraine are exempted from Visa requirements for up to 90 days.

  5. Iran.
  6. Iraq.
  7. Jordan.
  8. Lebanon.
  9. Libya.
  10. Morocco.
  11. Pakistan.
  12. Saudi Arabia.
  13. Somalia.
  14. Sudan.
  15. Syria.
  16. Tunisia.
  17. Yemen.
  18. Holders of Palestinian Authority Passport.
  19. Holders of temporary passport issued by the United Arab Emirates.
  20. Holders of refugee travel documents issued by Middle-East countries.

Exemptions for Level II:

  1. Holders of Diplomatic, Official, and Service passports from Bangladesh, Jordan, and Tunisia are exempted from Visa requirements.
  2. Holders of Diplomatic passports from Saudi Arabia are exempted from Visa requirements.
