Fair condition 1885 Exposition Edition “Historical Sketchbook and Guide to New Orleans.” The binding is damaged with the front hinge webbing barely hanging on, and the title page and frontispiece have become separated from the book (but are included as shown). Fortunately the text pages and illustrations appear complete, unmarked, and free of any serious problems resulting from age or wear to paper.
