First of all, this book has no dust jacket. Even the 1st edition had a different pattern. So that’s all I got for this 3rd edition, 4th printing from the UK. This is just an older book from the UK.

Act for the more effectual levying of duties upon windows or lights in Scotland, part of the historic British Window Tax legislation. Includes royal coat of arms woodcut and traditional black-letter parliamentary printing. Removed from a bound volume. Light age toning and edge wear consistent with 18th-century parliamentary acts.
