Condition is about very good- with personalized front cover and a tear at bottom inside corner of the first page of Genesis. I notices one small instance of a light/small pencil marking in the margin of one page – it’s possible there is a little more but I flipped the pages a lot and nothing else is jumping out. Light wear to page edges including some creased page corners and a spot stain. Binding is secure. Please inspect all photos. Measures approx. 8.4 x 5.75 x 1.1 inches.
