Salzman along with Stephan Reiss and others of the persuasion explain that water is actually being formed within the earth when hydrogen and oxygen are fused to create water. Additionally, it is accessible through fissures in the earth’s crust! And finally, it is an abundant supply of clean fresh water! Whether incorrect, partially true, or mostly true, the benefits of accessible water for deserts and cities would and could be a threat to those who wish to control this vital natural resource.
